Receipting stock
Once an order has been placed, you can click on the drop down Orders List, click Orders and “View” on the order you would like to look at. Here you can track your suppliers confirmation of order in the Order Details tab.
Order Status:
Awaiting Supplier Confirmation = the supplier is yet to confirm the order via eBev. Please note: this does not mean the supplier has not received and processed your order, just that they have not clicked the "Confirm" button on their account
Awaiting Delivery = Supplier has confirmed your order and is in the process of delivering your stock
Delivery Overdue = Supplier has confirmed your order on eBev however you have not yet receipted delivery of stock
