(If you are starting from scratch and need to set up your portfolio you will need to add brands before you begin enrichment. Please read through all the Portfolio articles before you begin this process. You will find how to in the Bulk Actions Article.)
Enrich your Portfolio
To enrich your portfolio you can add producer logos and winery information, bottle-shots and tasting notes.
Navigate to the "My Portfolio" dropdown and select "Portfolio Detail.
To begin enrichment of a brand you can either click on that brands logo position or click "View Products".
Our product data is structured into three levels: Producer, Product and Variant ( vintage or differences in pack size ). Use the following steps to add the information you'd like at the appropriate level.
Producer Profile
(You can only alter information at the producer level if you have ownership of that brand, contact eBev if you wish to add to a producer profile.)
Navigate to the brand you wish to enrich and click "Edit Producer" button. A pop up will present itself with two options.
Upload a brand logo, this will be shown on each of the brands product pages. (The logo will carry over to show in place of a bottle-shot if you do not add these.) If you do not upload a logo the image placeholder will persist.
Record your brand's profile summary, a small description of what your brand is about.
Product Profile
To add bottle-shots and product information navigate to the brand you wish to enrich and open up the concertina arrow next to the product name.
Click on "Edit Product".
A pop-up will present itself with all the core information that your product is tagged by (For search). Upload the bottle image at the top. Ideally this should be a bottle image with a white or transparent background. (If you do not add a variant image, vintage level, this image will persist across your available vintages.)
You can update name changes, alcohol percentages, new grape varietal breakdown and features.
Variant Profile
To enrich your variants (separate vintages or pack sizes) with individual images navigate to the brand you wish to add to and click "Edit" button.
A pop-up will present itself for you to upload vintage specific bottle image.
Alcohol percentage.
SKU- This is particularly important to distinguish between vintages and to prevent ordering errors.
Barcode if applicable.
Tasting notes, either in text box or upload notes.
The next step in the set up sequence is to learn how to manage your available products in Portfolio Details.
