My Portfolio - Portfolio Details

Portfolio Details

The portfolio management is broken up into two different drop down options. Portfolio details and Bulk actions.

This article looks at portfolio details. You would use this method if you wanted to change Producer or Product details or you like to maintain your portfolio often but in less volume. In Bulk Actions you can make changes to many variants at the same time across many sales markets and add a new Brands.

Brands

  1. Your portfolio offerings are separated into Producers.  For those who have many producers there is a handy search bar at the top of the page. Also a filter for states.
  2. No longer supply - If a brand moves out of your portfolio you can click this button to remove the brand and all it’s products entirely from your portfolio.
  3. To make any changes to your portfolio you can click on the view products button.

Filter Brands

  1. You can toggle to another producer from this page by searching the producer. The top filters allow you to segment by state and only active ( Which are in stock)  or inactive (meaning OOS) products.

Portfolio Data Structure

  1. Our product data is structured into three levels: Producer, Product and Variant ( vintage or differences in pack size ). You can only alter information at the Producer level if you have ownership of that brand, contact eBev if you wish to make changes. You can however add a new product to your portfolio from any brand you have in your portfolio.

Making Changes

Use the arrow's to open up your options - the actions you can perform here are:

  1. Edit at Product level - (any changes made here will apply to active variants of the product)
  2. Roll to a new vintage (you must do this before marking the current vintage OOS).
  3. Edit the variant level.
  4. View the product - To see how it looks to a venue.
  5. Edit sales market, price, availability and visibility to venues.
  6. Add a market - If your distribution grows to include a new state.

Removing products or marking OOS

  1. You will see two options here for removing a product. NB: Only use remove all markets if you have no stock and will never stock this product ever again. This will remove all variants( vintages) from your portfolio.
  2. Use remove market if no longer stock this product in that state.
  3. Always use Edit market to mark a product OOS that is coming back.
