Producer Set Up Checklist

If you are ready to set up on eBev as a producer here is a handy guide to get you started. If you haven't already received a Username and Password please contact one of our friendly staff on LiveChat or through the "Contact Us" form on our website. 

You have these articles to guide you through the set up process, if you need any further assistance jump on LiveChat on our website. 
  1. Login into your eBev account - What you will see in your account depends on whether you are setting this up as a new account or you are simply a new user on an existing account. It is helpful to go through the checklist regardless to determine that all your information is up to date and current. Please see Login & Producer Dashboard for more detail.
  2. Company Details - Fill out your company details with the core information that you will need to transact on eBev. Customise your account for your buyers by adding in your logo. This is also where you add in all Sales Reps and invite them to access this account. Please see Company Details for more information. 
  3. My Portfolio - Collate or create your portfolio. During the on-boarding process eBev will have assigned you ownership of the products you produce. If you have additional brands you manage please contact eBev to assign them to you. It is important when opening an eBev producer account that you don't create duplicate products. Check to see if you can find the products and simply add them to your portfolio. Or if you truly haven't had representation here yet, add a completely new product. Enrich your Portfolio and Distribution will be most relevant to you as the producer.  If you also self distribute some products locally or interstate please see Portfolio Details you can follow the subsequent articles, Bulk Actions, for more information.
  4. Order Configuration - The most important elements to getting set up to receive orders reside here. Configure eBev to reflect the way you trade including how you receive orders from us. Please see Order Configurations for more detail. 
Once you have completed the checklist you will be live on our site and you or your distributors will be ready to start receiving orders from your customers!
